Ameripack Handle Mounting Options

At Ameripack, we understand that not all applications are the same, that is why we offer so many custom options to be sure that whatever your requirement is, we can satisfy it.  Our standard plastic handles are typically mounted using yellow zinc coated screw and washer, but we also have the ability to substitute stainless steel and black coated stainless steel if it is required for your application.

Our metal handles are typically mounted using a stainless steel rivet with a clear or yellow zinc coated steel backing plate on the inside.  Our standard is to mount the rivets from the outside leaving the flat head of the rivet on the outside and looking a little more sleek.  If your requirement calls for a flat surface of the inside of the case, we can meet that need as well.  These handles are fully field replaceable with a drill and a rivet gun.

If that’s not enough options for you, we can also mount our handles with screws to make them field replaceable with just a screwdriver and a wrench.  All hardware, including acorn nuts if required (see photo gallery), are available in steel or stainless steel with a clear or black finish.
